My mother is 80, and has Demia. I would like to attach myself to the law suit so that when my mother dies, her law suit will not. The injury basically destroyed her senior years, and now with Demia, she is really suffering and confused.

The southern borders of the United States are dangerously porous and unguarded in many wide areas… which is an open invitation for anyone to reign terror in the United States.
The Federal Government is not protecting its citizens.
The law suit against Arizona is wrong on so many levels….
It does nothing to protect or secure the Borders.
It wastes both Federal and State Funds that actually could be used elsewhere.
It infringes on State sovereignty.
If allowed…. the States… Not Just Arizona, but All States… will have no Voice in How the Federal Government Changes and Corrupts the meaning and Intentions of the Laws – and Freedoms that we have.
The Awesome thing about the Powers of any branch of the United States.. are all the many checks and balances that are incorporated into the Constitution.
And the States are themselves one of the many checks and balances to the Powers of the Federal Government… one that President Obama wants to take away.
Laws Can be corrupted and changed by appointments to positions and by irresponsible, and ill-informed voters.. and by neglecting the laws as well.
Obama wants Votes.. and he may get them through pandering to Mexican sectors for his stance on illegal immigration, and for his lack of enforcing the Federal Laws concerning them.
The Race issue truly just muddies up the deeper issues… And there is a good possibility that was intentionally done by Obama and his Administration.
Federal Government, under President Obama, wants to change the ability for the States to have any say-so in the laws that the Federal Government wants to ignore enforcing, and thereby cultivate the landscape with Laws corrupted by neglect.
And combined together: That neglect of laws to woo Mexican Nationals… And the Law suit which is attempting to manipulate laws to a point where We will have no Voice, and no Choice, in how much Power the Federal Government has over any of us…. Is extremely Dangerous and is leaving the border States wide open to Terrorists attacks.
The Car-Bombs which is a signature of al-Qaeda are now being used by the Mexican Drug cartels just south of our borders.
If Obama wins the suits against Arizona… the States will have no choice in the matter… and then, can a Dirty-Nuke be far behind?
The Federal Government should be Securing our borders… not involved in a power play trying to claim Divine power over all states rights to protect it citizens…. which the Federal Government has failed, and continues to fail to do.

We listened, and we believed….
And what was worse… we blindly believed what we were spoon-fed.
And then, slowly… our society… and our Laws were changed and ignored… and individuality, justice, personal freedoms and the rights that we all had held so dear – no longer existed or were allowed.
We allowed it to happen because we, the people, were disenchanted with our own government – Where a single vote seemed not to matter any more. Where true American Voters that spoke out were labeled with lies and names.
We were no longer willing to get involved, in what we, erroneous, perceived was a disconnected political process.
And so, we lost our voice, our power, our chance to vote and choice to fight – Because of indifference and fear.
We’ve created this situation by our own making. But let this not dissuade us in what we must do: We must get involved. We the people of the United States – You and I – Must Vote.
